- Cookbooks & Merchandise: We offer physical and digital books and culinary products. Product descriptions and prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Events & Feasts: We host culinary experiences and lunches. Event bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors and modify products or events at any time.
- Pricing and Payments

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Deliveries are handled by reputable South African courier services (typically 2–5 business days). Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Guests attending events at Isabella Niehaus venues must communicate any severe allergies or dietary preferences in advance. While we accommodate where possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
